You sign up and immediately access full Studio. The trial clock starts when you add your first patient, schedule a session, and save a KPI — not when you signed up. You have 7 days of Studio from activation. At the end of the trial, your account moves to Solo automatically if you don't choose to stay on Studio.
Can I switch from Solo to Studio or Clinic?
Yes, anytime. Immediate upgrade, pro-rata billing on the current month. No data migration, no downtime. When you reach 5 therapists on Studio, we suggest the flip to Clinic — the delta is only €10/month but you get multi-location, aggregate PROMs, and performance dashboard.
What does migration from other software include?
For Studio and Clinic: assisted data migration included. Your patients, anamneses, and session history are imported from your current practice-management software, Excel, Notion, or any standard export. Average: 5-10 working days.
