Every feature passes through a PT who tries it the next day on a real patient. Every product decision is measured against what actually works in clinic, not what sounds good in a Notion doc. Every bug is found by someone who'd suffer it as a therapist, not a user.
This is the advantage no SaaS competitor can replicate: to have it, they'd have to open a clinic. We already had one.

I started building TELOS because I needed it myself. I kept the puzzle of an entire clinic in my head — outcomes, drop-out, renewals, medical referrals, compliance — and I lacked a system that held it for me.
TELOS isn't an app for PTs. It's the infrastructure I wish I'd had as a PT.

Now when a patient asks how many sessions they have left, I open TELOS and show them. I don't answer from gut anymore. I'm a therapist who proves it.
